Shipping Time: Once produced, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes an additional 2-5 business days within the US.

Each item at four:14 is crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. Because we begin the production process immediately, we cannot accommodate cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
Returns/Exchanges: We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any made-to-order items.
Exceptions: The only exception is if your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective. In such a case, please contact us at support@four14.shop within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will work to send a replacement.
