Shipping & Production Times

Every product at four:14 is made especially for you the moment you place your order. Because we do not hold pre-made stock, we require tme to craft your item with care.

• Production Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks (7-14 business days) for us to create your item before it is shipped.

• Shipping Time: Once produced, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes an additional 2-5 business days within the US.

• Total Delivery Time: You can expect your unique, made-to-order item to arrive within approximately 1-3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Policy

Each item at four:14 is crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. Because we begin the production process immediately, we cannot accommodate cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.

• Returns/Exchanges: We are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for any made-to-order items.

• Exceptions: The only exception is if your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective. In such a case, please contact us at support@four14.shop within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will work to send a replacement.
